"Diplomatic, energetic, knowledgeable, friendly and interesting. I had lived in NE Minneapolis for many years. Saw many signs with his name on, over the years. A bad agent will not survive a quarter century plus in the same area. When it came time to sell, choosing Michael as our agent was a no-brainer. Our first meeting with him confirmed that.Michael was always there and an expert guide throughout the entire process. Many things have changed through the years. He has kept up with the latest technology. He speaks in a clear, concise manner. Sufficiently loud enough that a hard of hearing person (me); will have no trouble understanding.100% satisfied!"

"Michael Gacek helped us both buy a new house and then sell our old house. He is a fantastic real estate agent. He is an expert in all of the issues. He is very transparent with all of the business and I felt that I could thoroughly trust him. With his guidance, we were able to prepare our old house for sale (including details of repairs inside and out) so that it sold in less than 30 hours without any buyer's conditions and well above the asking price. This is DEFINITELY the way to sell a house with the least stress to the seller and the highest chance of a good sale price. Equally importantly, Michael is extremely easy to get along with and he knows how to help his clients gain the knowledge they need to do their part of the process.
